Morocco to Liberia: explore the continent’s mining potential

IMC 2026, the third Morocco International Mining Congress & Exhibition, runs 6–8 October at the Sofitel Jardin des Roses, Rabat, under the theme “Towards a New Industrial Era: Africa, an Integrated Hub for the Transformation of Critical and Strategic Minerals.” Co-organised with the Federation of Mineral Industry of Morocco (FDIM), it is held under the aegis of the Ministry of Energy Transition & Sustainable Development and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, with support from AMDIE and in partnership with CGEM.

LIMEC 2026, the Liberia International Mining & Energy Conference and Exhibition, follows on 28–29 October at the Farmington Hotel, Monrovia, themed “Powering Prosperity: Sustainable Mining and Energy as Catalysts for Liberia’s Economic Transformation.” It is jointly organised with Liberia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy and the Liberia Chamber of Mines.
